    Cut out circles from the dough with a glass.

    In half of the circles, use a glass to make holes - you get rings.

In France, this pie with a delicate nut filling is served on the table on the day of the Epiphany. Together with the filling, a small surprise is baked into the pie: a bean, a bean or a porcelain figurine.       Pour milk into a saucepan, add vanilla sugar, bring to a boil.

      Whisk the eggs. Add flour, powdered sugar and starch; mix well.

      Continuing to beat the mixture, pour hot milk into it.

      Put the mixture on a slow fire and, stirring constantly, cook until thickened.

      Cool the mixture and refrigerate.

      Beat the chilled cream well with a mixer.

      Gently fold the whipped cream into the custard.

      Put half of the cream on the baked dough layer, cover with the second layer.
