  • butter - 180 g
  • sugar - 200 g

  • flour - 130 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • almonds - 50g

Break chocolate (200 g) into pieces, put in a bowl and put in a water bath. Add the chopped butter to the chocolate. Melt chocolate with butter until smooth, stirring. Leave to cool slightly.

Mix eggs with sugar. You can beat, then it will turn out airy, but it may rise unevenly when baking. Add to butter-chocolate mixture.

Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Pour the flour with baking powder into the chocolate-egg mixture and mix.
Grind chocolate (50 g) and nuts into crumbs, add to the dough and mix.

Line a baking dish with a diameter of at least 26 cm with parchment paper and grease with oil. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth out.
Bake brownies in an oven preheated to 170°C for 35 minutes. The main thing is not to overdry, the cake should remain slightly moist.

Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool, cover with parchment and put in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours (I usually bake in the evening and leave it on the table all night).
In the morning, the cake can be cut into portioned cakes, or you can fill it with chocolate and serve like a cake.

I take a package of sour cream 20%, it now comes in 450g, a jar of condensed milk, somewhere around 380g. If you do not want too sweet or there will be sweet additives in ice cream, then put 250-300g of condensed milk. It is better to take sour cream 20%, if it is less sour and when frozen from excess water, crystals will form, in general it will still be tasty, but not ideal)
This time I had 200g of 20% sour cream and 250g of rustic very fat.

After 2-3 hours, when it starts to freeze from the edges, I take it out and mix everything with a spoon until smooth. Again in the freezer, after 2 hours, repeat mixing and then let it stand until completely frozen.
Stirring affects the airiness of the ice cream. If you forget to mix, it's okay - everything will work out anyway.

Preparing caramel.

Heat 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tbsp water over high heat. Stir while heating to melt evenly. This is how candy was made as a child.

I pour the finished caramel onto a Teflon sheet and distribute it in a thin layer. I cool down to room temperature.

As always, the first step is to prepare all the necessary products for the salad. We will need to boil eggs, carrots and chicken breast. We rub the cheese on a medium grater, if it is bought in a whole piece. Pour boiling water over the raisins, and let it get wet until we need it.


Now we will directly prepare the layers for the salad. They will not be quite ordinary, or rather quite unusual. We will combine two products, mix them, and put them in a salad bowl. So, chicken fillet cut into small cubes, pour into a bowl. To it we add a tomato cut into cubes, but without a core, some walls. Otherwise, there will be too much liquid, and we do not need it. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to the chicken with tomatoes, mix.


We take a salad bowl in which it will be put on the table, our delicious salad, size and shape does not matter. I had a rectangular one. We spread the first layer of chicken with tomato, level and compact a little.


Again we take a clean bowl, we grate the carrots on a medium (large) grater. As we remember, our raisins were filled with boiling water. We drain this water, wash the raisins again, squeeze them lightly and put them on the carrots. Add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise, mix.


We spread the second layer of our wonderful salad, smooth it, and slightly compact it.


For the third layer of the Women's Happiness salad, we again take a clean bowl. We put grated cheese, grated eggs in it, add mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp. spoons, mix. Just leave the yolk of 1 egg to decorate the salad.

  • Gelatin - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Water - 1 tbsp.

For the biscuit:

  • Flour - 100 gr.
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 100 gr.
  • Soda (slaked with vinegar) - 1/3 tsp

First of all, we bake a biscuit. Do not be afraid of the word "bake", there is nothing complicated about it. We take a bowl, pour in the egg, add sugar and beat lightly, you can use a fork. Add the sifted flour, slaked soda, knead the dough. We cover the baking sheet with parchment, pour the dough. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, put the baking sheet with the dough for 15-20 minutes. Toward the end, we look and check the readiness, in a word, we make sure that the biscuit does not burn out. Readiness can be checked with a wooden toothpick, pierce the biscuit, if dry, then ready, take it out, let it cool.

Then pour the gelatin with cold water, we will swell it for 30 minutes, stir. In the meantime, let's take care of the fruit, wash it, let the water drain, what we need to clean, cut into circles, or as you like. Open a jar of pineapples, drain the syrup, pour the pineapples into a plate.

3. Roll out the finished dough into a layer, 0.8 - 1 mm thick and cut out circles with a glass. We cover the baking sheet with parchment.

Important: You can cook the dough yourself for this you need: 250 g flour, 150 ml water, 1 tsp. topped with dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Knead and hold for 30 minutes.

4. Put a meat bun on each circle, pack it in the dough like pies, roll it into a bun and put it on a baking sheet, seam down.

5. We cut the top in the form of a cross and slightly stretch the ends of the dough. Top with beaten yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.


6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

We need: for 12 pies

  • 6 pcs crab sticks
  • 1-2 pickled cucumbers
  • 50 g processed cheese
  • 1 pc egg
  • 300-400 g puff pastry (frozen)
